Shalimar’s vision was born from personal experience. As a child, she watched her mother use nail and hair salons as intentional spaces to bond with her daughters. Without knowing it, she fell in love with the artistry of nails and the power of salon culture. Inspired by that legacy and her journey as a nail artist, she knew it was time for a change. Nail techs today are redefining beauty and business—and we’re here to make sure they have the space and support to thrive.

At our salon, we’re not just doing nails, we’re setting a new standard in the industry. Gone are the days of rushed appointments, cookie-cutter designs, and neglect for nail health. We believe your nail experience should be beautiful, intentional, and empowering.

A Home for Artists

Eleven11 Nail Lounge is a development hub for new and growing nail artists. We’re more than a salon, we’re a development hub for the next generation of nail artists. Our space is designed to support and mentor up-and-coming talent, giving them the tools, training, and confidence to thrive in their craft and in business.

We offer 1-on-1 training, business mentorship, and an entrepreneurship program for youth ages 12 to 16.

Our mission is to nurture talent, build confidence, and create a safe, supportive environment where artists are paid fairly, treated with respect, and never stop learning.
